Berring Sea Fisheries

Dutch Harbor is the top fishing port in the United States, based on landings. Target fisheries include halibut, cod, herring, sablefish, yellow fin sole, Atka mackerel, pollock and of course king crab. Most of the pictures in this gallery were taken around town with a few taken on a factory longliner and a pollock trawler.
